SDENG ENGINEERING BUREAU has been awarded a contract by TERNA to provide concrete and reinforcement modeling and detailing, together with steel connection design, for The Hellinikon Mall, a LAMDA Development project in Athens.

Engineering Scope

SDENG’s scope covers concrete and reinforcement modeling and detailing across all 11 blocks of the mall, including reinforcement scheduling, as well as steel connection design. The services include:

• Concrete modeling and preparation of detailed drawings.
• Reinforcement modeling and preparation of reinforcement drawings.
• Preparation of bar bending schedules (BBS).
• Design of steel-to-steel and steel-to-concrete connections.

BIM-Based Delivery

The services will be delivered through BIM-based workflows, supporting coordination across concrete, reinforcement and steel connection interfaces.

The models and associated construction drawings will be developed with a focus on accuracy, consistency and constructability, in coordination with TERNA’s project team.
